New Arizona City Sanitary District Service Call Policy
When a user notifies the District of a problem with a sewer line during Normal Working Hours (8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. excluding weekends and holidays) the District will respond and check out the problem at no cost to the user.
If the call is after normal working hours or on weekends or holidays, the user will be notified that if the District responds and determines that the source and location of the problem is within the user’s service line, then the District will bill the user at the Districts rate of $170.00.
If the problem is found to be in the District’s lines there will be no charge.
Charges will be invoiced by the District for any charges payable by the user. All invoices will be due net 15 days. Late fees will apply at the rate of 1.5% per month added to the unpaid balance.
