Current Board Members:
Regular Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 4:00 pm here at the District office (12922 S. Kashmir Rd). The meetings are open to the public and follow Open Public Meeting Laws (https://www.azag.gov/sgo).
Please read the Policy Regarding Placing Items on the Agenda; for an item you wish to have the Board address at a meeting you must fill out an Agenda Action Item form or send a letter via email or regular mail stating what your wishes or concerns are and submit it to the main office no later than the close of business the Friday prior to the scheduled board meeting.
There are items that are of public record and in order to view in house or have copies made for pickup you must fill out a Public Forms Request and submit it to the main office. You will be contacted regarding your request to either arrange a time to view or pick up copies. No originals are allowed to leave the District’s office. Allow at least one (1) week for copies to be made. Copies are made at the cost of 25 cents per page.
